Zipping towards STEM: Integrating Engineering Design in the Science Classroom is an NSF funded program that engages middle school students in engineering design using a scaled soap box derby mini car. The curriculum exposes students to authentic STEM experiences to increase their knowledge and interest in STEM areas.
